Realme GT Neo 5 mobile was launched on 9th February 2023. The phone comes with a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.74-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1240x2722 pixels (FHD+). Realme GT Neo 5 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. 

It comes with 16GB of RAM. The RealMe GT Neo 5 runs Android 13 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The Realme GT Neo 5 supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme GT Neo 5 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.88) primary camera; an 8-megapixel (f/2.2, ultra wide-angle) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/3.3, macro) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture.

The Realme GT Neo 5 runs Realme UI 4.0 is based on Android 13 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Realme GT Neo 5 measures 163.85 x 75.75 x 8.90mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 199.00 grams.

Connectivity options on the Realme GT Neo 5 include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.30, and USB Type-C with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and compass/ magnetometer.
